As a Senior IT / Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist at Infosys, you are a member of a global Talent Acquisition team that recruits top talent into a fast-paced and diverse global organization. In this role, you will partner with your team and the business to build a sourcing plan for multiple technical roles, explore methods of innovation, and expand your network to help hire top talent. You will be responsible for understanding the candidate market, bench marking, branding, vendor management, and ensure compliant hiring process through the full-cycle recruitment.


Qualifications:

  • Masters/Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum 1+ years of related work experience in a search firm or in house recruiting/sourcing to include internet sourcing and cold calling
  • Experience with full life-cycle recruitment in the technical arena utilizing various social networks (, MeetUp, technical groups, etc.)


Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Ability to source and manage a pipeline of active candidates through a multi-channel approach
  • Build and maintain networks of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
  • Engage with active and passive candidates to qualify them to enter interview process
  • Experience developing and planning a sourcing and staffing plan for niche skills
  • Ability to deliver a world class candidate experience
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Manage day to day candidate and hiring metrics, and deliver on commitments to the business
  • Meet with active and passive candidates to qualify them to enter interview process
  • Active involvement in operational and strategic aspects of full cycle recruitment
  • Candidate recruitment lifecycle management
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment standard, compliance process within the team
  • Develop sourcing plan and execute to meet targets
  • Identify Talent Acquisition trends and gaps for quick suggestions and hiring the right talent
  • Adherence to set standards to be process complaint, statutory and regulatory compliant
  • Work with lead recruiters & hiring managers to consult on hiring plans to meet staffing needs.
  • Proactively build pipelines while identifying potential candidates through web sourcing, networking, leveraging group research, candidate referrals and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline.
  • Call, screen, and sell prospective candidates on taking the first step toward discovering their career with Infosys Ltd and all it has to offer the Industry's top talent.
  • Locate and engage passive candidates through the use of sourcing, Boolean sourcing, and alternative search techniques.


Minimum Requirements

  • Technical industry knowledge with a general comprehension of relevant tech skills, target companies, engineering communities, and university sources.
  • Must have strong computer skills and experience with Google, Outlook, Excel, etc.
  • Results oriented with demonstrated strategic thinking, innovation and flexibility in dealing with changing and ambiguous situation.



Mandatory Night shift .



The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.
