Strong vaccine pipeline across various diseases to be launched in the next 2-3 years. Job Summary : We are seeking an ambitious and highly analytical Economics graduate to join our team as an International Market Analyst. This role is crucial in driving our global expansion by conducting detailed market analysis, assisting with market entry strategies, and supporting vaccine-related business development. Additionally, the role will involve navigating policy and trade barriers, conducting risk assessments, managing cross-functional projects, and identifying strategic partnerships to ensure profitable growth across global markets. Key Responsibilities Market Analysis & Prioritization: Conduct in-depth fundamental analysis of global markets, including macroeconomic factors, to determine market potential. Perform competitor analysis, including tracking competitor activities, market share, pricing strategies, and product positioning. Support product prioritization strategies based on demand, competitive landscape, and profitability potential. Develop pricing strategies and models that align with business objectives and market conditions. Policy & Trade Barrier Navigation: Analyze international trade policies, tariffs, and regulations that could impact market entry. Identify potential trade barriers (e.g., import/export restrictions, quotas, tariffs) and propose strategies to mitigate risks. Stay updated on global and regional economic policies that affect market access and competitiveness. Risk Assessment & PESTEL Analysis. Perform PESTEL (Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Environmental, Legal) analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities in target markets. Provide risk assessments for market entry, including geopolitical risks, economic volatility, and regulatory challenges. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure risk factors are incorporated into strategic decision-making processes.

Vaccine Supply & Demand Dynamics: Analyze global vaccine supply and demand trends, focusing on both current and emerging vaccines. Monitor and report on global vaccine developments, including regulatory changes, manufacturing capacities, and distribution logistics. Build market cases for new vaccines, identifying market needs, competitive positioning, and potential growth opportunities. Business Development & Partnership Execution: Identify and secure partnerships to expand the company’s international business presence. Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements, including pricing structures, payment terms, Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ), and forecasts. Work closely with the legal, finance, and operational teams to ensure contracts meet commercial and regulatory requirements. Monitor partnership performance and propose improvements or identify new opportunities for collaboration. Project Management for Market Growth: Manage cross-functional projects to ensure alignment with market entry strategies and profitable growth. Coordinate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure execution aligns with business goals. Track and report on project milestones, budgets, and performance metrics, ensuring timely delivery and maximum profitability. Implement processes to ensure smooth market entry, sustainable growth, and long-term market presence. Competitor Analysis & Strategic Positioning: Continuously track and analyze competitor strategies, market share, and performance in different markets. Provide recommendations for product differentiation, competitive pricing, and promotional strategies based on competitor analysis. Work closely with the marketing and product teams to refine positioning and enhance competitive advantage. Required Skills & Qualifications: MBA students with Engineering / Pharma / Biotech degree who would pass out in 2025 with 2-3 years prior work experience OR

MBA students with Engineering / Pharma degree with 1 year experience as International Business Analyst . Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, economic trends, and market conditions. Knowledge of international trade policies, regulations, and market dynamics. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or other statistical software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Strong project management skills with attention to detail and results-oriented focus. Strong negotiation skills and business acumen. Experience or understanding of global healthcare or vaccine markets is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with international trade regulations, tariff structures, and economic policies. Prior experience in market research, business development, or contract negotiation. Ability to adapt to different cultural environments and collaborate with global stakeholders.
