Position: HR (IT Recruiter) – Female
Location: Adajan, Surat
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Presentable and good personality.
- Age: 20 to 30 years.
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end IT recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting).
- Coordinating with hiring managers to understand requirements.
- Managing candidate pipeline and maintaining recruitment databases.
- Handling onboarding formalities and documentation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
