About the Role: We’re looking for passionate educators to mentor high school students in academic research as part of our global research program. This is a paid, remote opportunity where you’ll guide students through the process of research and academic writing. Key Responsibilities : Mentor high school students through the stages of academic research and writing. Provide guidance on topic selection, research design, and paper structure. Support students with literature reviews, data interpretation, and referencing. Offer constructive feedback on writing style, clarity, and academic rigor. Collaborate with PhD and Master’s mentors from top universities like Oxford, Cambridge, and Harvard. Support diverse, student-led research projects across disciplines. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher (Master’s/PhD preferred). Prior experience teaching or mentoring high school or undergraduate students. Strong academic writing and research skills. Familiarity with IB curriculum or similar international programs. Expertise in Economics, Biology, or Mathematics preferred. Excellent communication and feedback skills.
