Responsibilities :

- Serve as a primary contact for clients, providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

- Design, Develop and deploy ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data services such as Azure Data factory, Azure Data Bricks, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Synapse analytics.

- Able to connect the source using API's calls and integrate the data using Azure services.

- Should have experience in Python and SQL.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, technical requirements and data architecture needs.

- Lead client meetings and workshops, effectively communicating technical concepts and solutions to stakeholders at all levels.

- Develop and deliver high quality technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution designs and deployment guides.

- Configure, monitor and optimize Azure data services to ensure optimal performance, scalability and reliability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Azure data services and working closely with internal teams and Microsoft support as needed.

- Stay abreast of the latest Azure updates, best practices, and industry trends, incorporating new technologies and methodologies into client solutions as appropriate.

- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and support as needed.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field.

- 4-6 years of experience in Azure services (Data extraction from SAP and Non SAP systems, Data modeling, Data pipelines, ADF, ADLS, Synapse, Databricks, Apache Spark etc).

- Strong understanding of Data integration, ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing and big data technologies.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD)

- Experience in supporting clients for provisioning of Azure components and support in terms of provisioning cost understanding.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.

- Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-900,DP-200,DP-201) is an added advantage.
