We are looking for a Tender Executive to join our team and coordinate our documentation, proposal writing and communication with suppliers and stakeholders. You should be able to use your effective solutions to process bids and generate reports. You will be responsible for administering and formulating strategies to ensure successful outcomes in tenders and submissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tender Management: Oversee the entire tendering process, including identifying opportunities, preparing, and submitting tender documents.
  • Documentation: Compile and organize all necessary documentation for tenders, ensuring that submissions meet required standards and deadlines.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal departments (such as sales, finance, and legal) and external stakeholders to gather information and ensure alignment on tender requirements.
  • Evaluation and Reporting: Analyze tender requirements, evaluate submissions, and generate reports on tender outcomes and processes.
  • Compliance: Ensure all submissions comply with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies and procedures.
