Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Store Manager, based in Domjur. The Plant Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage inventory, implement retail loss prevention strategies, and handle store management tasks. This role requires effective communication and customer service skills to maintain high operational standards.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Store Management
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention techniques
• Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
