Roles & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Quality Control and Production Coordination Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products through rigorous quality control measures while also coordinating production activities to optimize efficiency and meet deadlines.

Job Description

Quality Control

- Implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and requirements.- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to identify any deviations from quality standards.- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Production Coordination:

- Coordinate production schedules and activities to meet production targets.- Liaise with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and resources.- Communicate production schedules and updates to Merchandise Manager to ensure alignment and transparency.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Analyze quality control data and production metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.- Prepare regular reports on quality performance, production efficiency, and adherence to schedules.- Present findings and recommendations to management for continuous improvement initiatives

Salary: 14,000 to 16,000
