Marketing Manager - Admissions & Business Development

Core Institute of Technology, Thrissur

Are you a dynamic marketing professional with a passion for education and a proven track record of driving growth? Core Institute of Technology is seeking a skilled and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in student admissions, business development, and brand strategy.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing plans to increase enrollments and establish new partnerships. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a leading technical institute.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Admissions & Enrollment: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to attract and convert prospective students. This includes managing digital campaigns, social media, and traditional advertising.
  • Admissions Team Development: Support and train the admissions team to develop effective strategies for admission generation and provide ongoing support to help them achieve and exceed their targets.
  • Business Development & MOU: Identify and pursue new opportunities for collaboration. This involves establishing MOUs with other colleges, universities, and industry partners to enhance our reputation and offerings.
  • Strategic Planning: Create and implement a long-term marketing and business development strategy to position Core Institute of Technology as a leader in technical education.
  • Brand Management: Uphold and strengthen the institute's brand identity across all marketing channels and communications.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on the education sector.
  • Strong understanding of admissions cycles and lead generation funnels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in business development and forging strategic partnerships (MOU).
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a data-driven approach.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Thrissur.
