As an Executive Assistant (Strategy-Focused), you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO's strategic vision and driving business growth. You will provide high-level administrative support while actively contributing to strategic planning, business analysis, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning:

Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the organization's goals.Business Analysis:

Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance, market trends, and competitor activities.Decision Support:

Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support the CEO's decision-making.Project Management:

Assist the CEO in managing strategic projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational objectives.Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and assess market potential.Competitive Analysis:

Analyze competitor activities and strategies to identify areas for improvement.Industry Trends:

Track industry trends and provide insights on emerging technologies and market developments.Internal Data Analysis:

Track internal data on company performance to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.Business Performance Reviews:

Support periodical business performance reviews for regions and pan-India levels.Stakeholder Communication:

Prepare presentations, reports, and memos to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.Initiative Development:

Recommend and help implement new initiatives aligned with the CEO's vision.Strategic Partnerships:

Identify and explore potential strategic partnerships and collaborations.Thought Leadership:

Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, such as writing articles or speaking at industry events.Representation:

Represents CEO's office in internal meetings and presents CEO's view point and facilitates decision making on matters that require swift actions

Requirements:

Minimum of 1-6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative roleStrong understanding of business operations and conceptsExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretionExperience working in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Government experience is a big plus.Ability to anticipate the needs of executives and proactively address themStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsExperience with project management tools and technique
