Project & Site Engineer

and play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and delivering high-quality projects that redefine excellence in construction.What You’ll DoAs a key contributor to our team, your responsibilities will include:1.

Project Planning & Execution

:o Develop detailed project schedules and work plans, ensuring all milestones are achieved within specified timelines and budgets.o Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to align designs, materials, and construction methods.o Supervise day-to-day on-site activities, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.2.

Technical Proficiency

:o Use

AutoCAD

and

STAAD Pro

for design evaluations and structural analysis.o Leverage tools like

Microsoft Project

or

Primavera

for effective project scheduling and monitoring.o Prepare and manage accurate

BOQs (Bill of Quantities)

and track resource utilization efficiently.3.

On-Site Supervision

:o Manage contractor teams, track progress, and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.o Generate detailed contractor bills and ensure proper verification of quantities and materials.o Identify and resolve on-site challenges swiftly to avoid delays.4.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

:o Conduct regular quality checks and audits on construction materials and completed work.

Communication & Collaboration

:o Serve as a bridge between various stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication across departments.o Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress and key issues.

What You Should BringTo succeed in this role, you should have:Educational Background

:A Degree or Diploma in

Civil Engineering

or a related field.Experience

:2-5 years of experience in managing both project planning and on-site execution.Technical Expertise

:Proficiency in

AutoCAD

,

STAAD Pro/Revit

, and

BOQ preparation

.Experience with project planning tools such as

Microsoft Project

or

Primavera

.Ability to generate contractor bills and ensure accurate documentation.Key Skills & Attributes

:Communication & Presentation Skills

: Strong ability to present ideas clearly and interact effectively with teams, contractors, and clients.Language Proficiency

: Fluent in

English

Kannada

to facilitate seamless communication with diverse stakeholders.
