Job Purpose :

To work in Corporate HR and formulate ER-IR/HR strategy that ensures harmonious Industrial Relations, manage Blue Collar Compensation, and Statutory Compliances across Manufacturing Units and other businesses to bring excellence to HR processes.

Primary Responsibilities -

Blue Collar Manpower Compensation and Manpower Planning

- Analyze and interpret data and trends to create compensation strategy for blue collar employees at Manufacturing Units.- Work closely with senior management to finalize compensation strategy for blue collar employees.- Co-ordinate with Manufacturing HR and ensure amicable closure of Long Terms Settlements with Unions at manufacturing units.- Participate in the development and revision of company policies and benefits for blue collar manpower at manufacturing units.- Creation of blue-collar manpower blueprint for manufacturing units considering manpower requirements based on business volumes.- Study and implement alternate manning strategy options for manufacturing units.

Support to Plant Business HR

- Capability building for line managers and HR team on managing employee relations, industrial relations and statutory compliances.- Assist business / line managers in managing employee relations and resolution of issues.- Conduct study of HR processes at manufacturing Units and other businesses and improve the identified processes.- Work with Business HR across the organization to ensure consistent application of polices and processes.

Statutory Compliances and Employee Discipline:

- Develop and establish processes to ensure labour law related statutory compliances by all functions.- Oversee the management of employee grievances and disciplinary actions.- Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations, advising management on potential impacts.- Conducts audits at various related to compliances and other associated legal risks.

New Businesses Integration

- Collaborate with new businesses leadership and HR for smooth integration into the system in terms of policies and practices.

- Candidate having 1+ years of work experience working in plant/ manufacturing setup with labor law and data analytics experience.- MBA from tier 1 MBA Campus
