Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Marketing Specialist located in Pune. The Field Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing market strategies, generating leads, and supporting sales efforts. Daily tasks include organizing field marketing events, building relationships with potential customers, and collaborating with the sales team to meet business targets. Additionally, the specialist will gather market feedback and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

- Sales skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in the technology sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
