Key Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and draft job descriptions. Identify, source, and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and referrals. Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Provide feedback to candidates and maintain effective communication throughout the hiring process. Manage and update the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate documentation. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future needs. Stay informed about recruitment trends and innovative hiring practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
