Looking for a Freelance UX Designer to join a team of rockstar developers. The candidate should have a minimum of 5+ yrs. of experience.There are multiple openings. We have offices in Florida & New Delhi. Our clientele spreads across the US, Australia & APAC. To give you a sense of our growth rate, we've added 70+ employees in the last 6 weeks itself and expect another 125+ by the end of Q1 2025.Key Responsibilities:Design and prototype intuitive, user-centric interfaces using Figma.Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to enhance designs.Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency.Optimize designs based on analytics and user behavior insights.Maintain design systems and ensure consistency across all platforms.Required Skills & Experience:5+ years of experience in UX design.Strong expertise in Figma and other UX/UI design tools.Deep understanding of user research, usability testing, and design principles.Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with development teams.Ability to translate business requirements into engaging user experiences.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.What we need-~35 hours of work per week.-100% remote from our side-You will be paid out every month.-Min 3 yrs of experience-Please apply only if you have a 100% remote job currently-If you do well, this will continue for a long time.
