We prioritize the highest standards of hygiene, quality, and service while fostering a creative and growth-oriented work environment for our team.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Human Resources, based in Chennai. The Senior Executive Human Resources, will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role will also involve developing and implementing HR strategies to support organizational goals, managing employee benefits and compensation, and ensuring a positive work culture. The Human Resources Manager will work closely with management to address HR-related issues and drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and productivity.Location: ChennaiSalary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per monthExperience Required: 4–5 yearsAbout the Role:We' re looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Lead / Administrator. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement & relations, onboarding, recruitment, HR compliance & strategy, training & development, and HR administration.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end talent acquisition & onboarding processDrive employee engagement initiatives and maintain healthy employee relationsEnsure adherence to HR compliance and policiesSupport in building and executing HR strategiesOversee training and development programsHandle day-to-day HR administrative functionsRequirements:Proven HR experience (4–5 years) in a similar roleStrong knowledge of recruitment, compliance, and HR operationsExcellent communication skills in English, Tamil, and HindiAbility to work independently and lead HR initiativesInterested candidates are requested to share their CVs via email.Mail: Phone Number:
