Responsibilities:- Install and configure middleware instances according to established quality criteria and IT service level agreements- Manage provisioning and configuration of middleware instances for efficient and durable services- Administer web servers and reverse proxies within middleware instances- Allocate and manage resources (e.g., memory, storage) to support middleware services effectively- Establish and maintain operational readiness of middleware services- Implement robust monitoring solutions for system, performance, and resource utilization- Analyze monitoring data to optimize system performance and capacity planning- Perform routine maintenance tasks and software updates for middleware instances- Provide timely and effective 2nd and 3rd level support for middleware-related incidents and problems
Qualifications:- Proven experience in middleware administration, including installation, configuration, and operation of middleware instances- In-depth knowledge of middleware technologies such as Apache, Tomcat, Nginx, Haproxy, and IIS- Strong understanding of web server architecture, reverse proxy configurations, and load balancer concepts- Proficiency in system monitoring tools and performance analysis techniques- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment- Effective communication skills and ability to interact with cross-functional teams- Relevant certifications (e.g., Red Hat Certified
