Position : SAP Project Manager

Minimum Experience : SAP Project Manager 6+ Years

Introduction:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Project Manager to lead our team in the implementation and management of our SAP projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP systems, proven project management skills, and the ability to navigate complex project landscapes effectively.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Plan and oversee the implementation of SAP projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation, managing the schedules of team members and stakeholders.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and make adjustments as needed.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Manage relationships with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the communication plan effectively conveys project status.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector, specifically with SAP implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP ERP systems and modules.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.


Desirable Skills:


  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in change management.
