We are inviting applications for the role of

VP, Wealth Management Operations, Banking and Capital Markets

In this role as Wealth Operations leader, you will be responsible for leading Wealth Management Operations

ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic direction and leadership for the Capital Markets and Wealth management operations, aligning them with the overall business objectives.Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute plans for optimizing wealth operations efficiency.Articulate and tailor value proposition based on the needs identified for client and differentiation of Genpact.Leverage in-depth knowledge of capital markets to drive innovative solutions and identify opportunities for business growth.Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies affecting the industry.Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Harness digital tools and technologies to enhance trade operations, drive transformation implementing automation and data analytics solutions.Collaborate for new deal process including solutioning, pricing, due diligence, transition and stabilization.Drive digital transformation initiatives within the wealth operations domainBe a senior partner concern point for resolving customer & internal issues.

Qualifications we seek in you

Proven experience in a leadership role within wealth management operations, with a strong understanding of investment products and financial instrumentsUnderstand E2E value chain of wealth operations, i.e. client servicing, client cash operations, asset servicing, trades and reconciliation, fund accounting and taxBachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP)Ability to establish relationships with CXO level partnersStrong understanding of financial markets, technology, trading platforms, and regulatory frameworks. Comprehensive understanding of various financial instruments, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and alternative investmentsKnowledge of global financial markets, economic trends, and the impact on investment strategiesIn-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements relevant to wealth management operations, such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulationsFamiliarity with a diverse range of investment strategies, including asset allocation, risk management, and portfolio constructionUnderstanding of wealth planning concepts, including estate planning, tax implications, and retirement planningExperience in implementing and maintaining compliance frameworks within wealth management processesExecutive-level discernment and understanding of business issues across multiple focus sectorsAbility to engage senior client management on offerings, emerging issues in focus sectors, lead project scope discussions and provide insightful recommendationsDemonstrated success in business development and revenue generation
