Position : Business Analyst

Experience : 3 To 5 years

Location : Gurugram

Responsibilities :

Requirement Gathering :

- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand and document IT service requirements.

- Utilize interviews, workshops, and surveys to analyse business processes and pain points.

- Translate business needs into clear and concise requirements specifications.

Analysis and Documentation :

- Analyse existing business processes and IT systems to identify areas for improvement.

- Document current and future state processes, workflows, and system requirements.

- Create detailed business requirements documents, functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.

Solution Design and Evaluation :

- Work with IT teams to design feasible solutions that meet business requirements.

- Evaluate technology options and conduct feasibility studies to determine solution viability.

- Assess the impact of proposed solutions on business operations.

Stakeholder Management :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with IT initiatives.

- Communicate effectively to manage expectations and provide regular project updates.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address stakeholder concerns and resolve issues.

Project Support and Implementation :

- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

- Support project management in tracking progress and managing risks.

- Participate in testing, training, and deployment activities to ensure successful implementation of IT solutions.

Continuous Improvement :

- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to enhance efficiency.

- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies related to IT services.

- Proactively propose innovative solutions to address business challenges and drive improvement.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the IT services domain.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.

- Proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques, documentation tools, and project management methodologies.

- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) is a plus.
