Required education:
Master degree in Human Resources
Skillset required
- Minimum of 2-3 years in HR ideally with relevant experience in HR Shared Services- Exposure to HR Operating framework from a multi country view, HR Business case drafting skills, SOP and Process maps design and capability, Analytics and dashboard design expertise.- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, MS Excel macros skills- Should have relevant experience in handling multi geo (UK, EU, US, Canada) English speaking markets.- Any European language proficiency will be an added advantage
