About the Role
The Facility Manager at Amaha will ensure all our facilities (including clinics, hospitals, and office spaces) are well-maintained and operationally efficient. They will also contribute to the expansion of our operations by overseeing the construction of new facilities and supporting in new projects.
This person will need to work with several departments across multiple projects and guide business leaders on facility management aspects.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining all our facilities (clinics, hospitals, offices, etc.) and overseeing the daily administrative operations
- Creating and maintaining budgets for maintenance, repairs, and contracts
- Instructing team members on the best practices to maintain the clinics
- Supervising teams and vendors that manage cleaning, maintenance, and security
- Overseeing the closure of all projects within approved budgets
- Hiring external professionals for repairs of all the clinics and logistics
- Developing and maintaining a vendor base for a cost-efficient procurement of inventory
- Managing inventory and healthcare equipment for all our facilities
- Ensuring all clinics meet industry-specific safety guidelines and local compliances
- Performing regular inspections to ensure all clinics and ongoing projects are functioning correctly
- Negotiating annual maintenance contracts and renewing insurance for maintenance
- Maintaining records across all facilities, including maintenance bills and payment information
Skills And Qualifications
- Graduate in any field
- 5+ years of experience with a proven track record of working with a healthcare provider in a relevant role
- Prior experience in managing healthcare facilities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to navigate ambiguity
- Ability to make critical decisions based on data
- Ability to negotiate and manage external vendors/partners
- Strong sense of ownership backed up with strong project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
