Job Description:

The HR Manager at AskKnatural will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's goals and objectives. They will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing our talent, ensuring a positive employee experience, and fostering a culture of growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives and legal requirements.
  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for all departments, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating new hire orientation.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and stay abreast of changes in employment legislation.
  • Collaborate with the admin team to maintain accurate HR records and data, including employee information, attendance, and payroll.
  • Work closely with the operations team to address staffing needs and optimize organizational structure.
  • Collaborate with the media team to promote the company's employer brand and enhance recruitment efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1+ years of HR management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into HR initiatives.
  • Experience managing recruitment, performance management, and employee relations processes.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office applications.
