Job Position: Amazon Connect Senior Developer Location: Bengaluru Experience: -6+ to 10+ YearsJob descriptionWe are looking for an experienced Amazon Connect Senior Developer with 6.8 years of experience to join our team in building advanced contact centre solutions on AWS The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing configuring and integrating Amazon Connect environments with internal systems to deliver seamless customer engagement workflows You will work closely with architects product owners and QA teams to ensure efficient implementation of features and enhancementsKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and configure Amazon Connect components including contact flows routing profiles queues and agent hierarchiesIntegrate Connect with AWS Lambda Lex Dynamo DB and S3 to support dynamic intelligent IVR solutionsBuild and manage API integrations with third party systems such as CRMs ticketing platforms and messaging servicesParticipate in designing scalable reliable and secure voice and chat solutionsTroubleshoot and optimize performance issues across contact centre systemsCollaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutionsContribute to code reviews technical documentation and unit testingSupport Dev Ops practices including CICD automation and deployment pipelinesRequired SkillsSolid hands-on experience with Amazon Connect contact flows and call routing logicProficiency in AWS Lambda Node.js or Python Cloud Watch and Dynamo DBExperience integrating Lex bots for IVR and chat automationStrong understanding of telephony concepts SIP and call queuesKnowledge of REST APIs JSON and secure authentication methods OAuth JWTGood debugging problem solving and analytical skillsFamiliarity with Agile software development and ticketing tools Jira ConfluencePreferred SkillsAWS Certification Developer Associate or equivalentExperience with Salesforce Zen desk or Service Now integrationsExposure to Chabot voice assistants or conversational AI frameworksExperience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or AWS CDKFamiliarity with real time reporting analytics or dashboard toolsExperience working in multiregional cloud environments for high availabilitySkillsMandatory Skills: Node.js, React, Amazon Connect
