Job description About us: Payfederate is a Silicon Valley-based startup founded by serial entrepreneurs dedicated to building innovative products in HR technology. We're seeking a talented and experienced Lead Full-stack Engineer to join our team and help us design, architect, and develop our application. Role Description: The Lead Engineer will be responsible for developing end-to-end solutions(full stack) using Java Spring for the backend and Angular for the front end. This role requires a deep-dive approach, a passion for coding, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement scalable software architectures using Java, Spring Boot, Angular 4.x, and AWS. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization. Understanding AI technologies is a plus Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2. 6+ years of experience in full-stack development. 3. Extensive experience with Spring Boot and developing RESTful APIs. 4. Strong expertise in Angular 4.x and a deep understanding of frontend development principles. 5. Familiarity with relational databases, preferably MySQL or PostgreSQL. 6.Solid experience with AWS cloud services and understanding of scalable infrastructure. 7.
