Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Valuation Engineer at SLN Consultants and Valuers. The Valuation Engineer will be responsible for conducting valuations of lands and buildings, providing financial analysis and engineering, and performing quantitative analytics & Market Research. The role also involves assessing and analyzing market data, preparing valuation reports, and collaborating & coordinating with clients and stakeholders to ensure accurate and reliable valuations. EXTENSIVE TRAVELING WILL BE INVOLVED. PERSONAL VEHICLE (2 WHEELER) IS PREFERRED.

QualificationsDiploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.Freshers Can Apply. Valuation Experience would be added advantage.CANDIDATES APPLYING SHOULD BE STRICTLY FROM ANDHRA PRADESH.Reading and checking the Property Documents.Analytical Skills and Quantitative Analytics.Basic Knowledge of principles and techniques of Valuation methodologies, Property Documents Verification.Strong mathematical and statistical skills.Proficiency in MS Word & Excel.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
