Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities● Develop and execute a results-driven social media strategy aligned with companygoals.● Manage and create content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter,Facebook, and YouTube.● Work closely with the marketing and design teams to produce engaging graphics,videos, and campaigns.● Increase brand visibility and drive engagement through organic and paid campaigns.● Monitor social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices to keep contentfresh and relevant.● Analyze key metrics, prepare monthly reports, and suggest improvements.● Handle online reputation management and community engagement.● Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives. Qualifications● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.● Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in managing social media accounts,preferably for an IT or tech company.● Proficiency in tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedInCampaign Manager.● Strong knowledge of current social media trends, best practices, and algorithms.● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.● Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to improve performance.Preferred Skills● Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation through social channels.● Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and content promotion.● Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Sprout Social
