We at Coforge are hiring a Duck Creek Project Manager with the following skillset:
Key Responsibilities :
Project Management : Manage large-scale projects, driving them to successful completion using Agile methodology.
Set up and manage a high-performing team (pod) tailored for the project.
Coordinate with the Scrum Master to ensure environment readiness, story preparation, and execution milestones are met.
Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure seamless environment setup, DevOps integration, and story readiness.
Team & Risk Management : Lead daily stand-ups and team calls, ensuring progress and addressing any issues or risks.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize potential impact on timelines and budget.
Escalate issues when required and take necessary actions to resolve conflicts and risks within the team.
Build and maintain a dependencies matrix to track deliverables and align timelines with stakeholders.
Project Delivery : Ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Monitor and track project progress against defined deadlines and milestones, adjusting as necessary.
Manage scope changes, project schedule, and costs through effective Change Control Management .
Obtain approvals for scope changes, and communicate updated timelines and costs to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Coordination : Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and managing expectations.
Provide regular project progress and status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Track and manage the cost of the project, ensuring alignment with the budget.
Conflict Management : Resolve team conflicts and foster a collaborative environment to meet project goals and timelines.
Professional Attributes :
Experience : Minimum of 8 years of professional experience managing Duck Creek projects.
Proven experience in managing complex projects within the Duck Creek domain using Agile methodologies.
Certifications : Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Skills : Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Strong leadership ability with the capacity to motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
Extensive knowledge of project management processes and best practices.
Focused on delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
Desired Qualities :
Strong communicator with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to lead and manage a team effectively, even under pressure.
