Adobe Analytics Developer

Roles and responsibilities :
- Maintain and configure development tools such as CI/CD, environment automation, code quality, and testing tools
- Design, engineer, and support Adobe Target products and necessary infrastructure.
- Install/configure/maintenance of Adobe Target Infrastructure
- Installation/configuration/maintenance of Apache web server and Dispatcher module configs.
- Integrating Adobe Target with external applications like LDAP SAML etc
- Setup and maintain the DevOps tools like Jenkins, Maven, Sonar, source control tools like GIT.
- Set up, maintain, and monitor production servers and applications as well as testing and development environments
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support to diagnose issues, identify root cause, and resolve product issues that may arise.
- Troubleshoots errors pertaining to workload infrastructure including network, OS, AWS service, and the Adobe Target platform.
- Work with development team and architects to improve compliance and efficiency of deployment process.
- Assist IT teams in providing relevant information related to infrastructure used by Servers and Applications
- Innovate and actively look for improvements in overall infrastructure
- Understand clustering and working with servers in a clustered environment
- Should be able to work independently
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ Years of hands-on experience with Adobe Target administration, installation, configuration, upgrading and troubleshooting.
- Adobe Target engineer certification is an added advantage.
- Experience in Installation/configuration/maintenance of Apache webserver and Dispatcher module configs.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Automation, DevOps, CI/DC and Orchestration Deployment, provisioning, and life cycle management of Azure/AWS services such as VMs, Storage, Network, NoSQL database, etc.
- Experience in automation Build/deployments & other repetitive tasks using shell scripts or tools like Capistrano, Jenkins, CodeDeploy, etc.
- Experience with CDN like Akamai
- Exposure to Monitoring & Response using tools like AppDynamics, Datadog, DynaTrace, SCOM and Splunk
- Experienced in Security - End to end security model, from all access points, VPCs, Regions and external connections, IAM roles- Network knowledge (TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, Load balancing).
- Experience in managing containerized applications using Kubernetes, Docker, etc
- Experience with AEM Cloud as a service and it's build/deployment offerings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop comprehensive product test plans, including release management.
