The Role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Brand Manager to join our team and lead the strategic direction of our brand. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive brand strategy that drives growth, increases brand awareness, and fosters customer loyalty.

Responsibilities:

- Brand Strategy & Vision:- Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, competitor landscape, and industry trends.- Develop a clear brand vision, positioning, and messaging that resonates with the target audience.- Set annual brand objectives and develop a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with overall business goals.- Create brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.- Brand Marketing & Communication:- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, traditional media, etc.)- Manage brand assets, including website content, social media presence, and marketing materials.- Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns and partnerships (if applicable).- Oversee the production of creative marketing materials, ensuring brand alignment and messaging consistency.- Craft compelling brand storytelling across all communication channels.- Brand Performance & Analysis:- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure brand health and campaign effectiveness.- Track, analyze, and report on brand performance metrics (brand awareness, brand sentiment, customer engagement, etc.)- Utilize data insights to inform future brand strategy and optimize marketing campaigns.- Stay current on industry trends and marketing best practices to identify new growth opportunities.- Brand Management & Governance:- Manage brand budget effectively and ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product development) to ensure brand consistency across all departments.- Foster a strong brand culture within the organization by promoting brand values and employee engagement.- Monitor and address brand reputation issues proactively.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.- 5-7 years of experience in brand management with a proven track record of success.- Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and brand strategy development.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and data analysis techniques.- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.- Creative and strategic thinking with a passion for building strong brands.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in the Ed Tech industry.- Knowledge of social media marketing and content creation.- Experience with influencer marketing and brand partnerships.- Experience in managing a brand budget.- Excellent writing and editing skills.- Experience with graphic design software (a plus).
