Role Objective:


Develop and produce engaging promos and short-format content that entertain audiences, reflect the channel's brand values, and drive subscription growth.


Job Responsibilities:


- Campaign Creation: Design and execute exceptional promotion campaigns that captivate audiences and enhance the viewing experience across platforms and services.

- Concept Development: Generate, pitch, and implement innovative ideas for image spots that vividly represent the channel's content and brand ethos.

- Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Digital, and Programming teams to create unique, branded promotions.

- Postproduction Expertise: Possess a thorough understanding of postproduction processes and provide informed guidance on production practices.

- Music and Licensing Knowledge: Stay informed about commercial and production music, including licensing requirements.

- Budget Management: Efficiently manage small budgets while maximizing creative impact.

- Team Contribution: Collaborate within a creative team, contributing to concept development and enhancing overall creative output.


Measures of Success (KRA’s)


- Subscriber Growth: Demonstrated increase in subscriber base.

- Industry Recognition: Achieve Promax or equivalent accolades for creative work.

- Timely Delivery: Ensure all assigned promos are delivered on schedule.
