Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Property Manager in managing day-to-day civil maintenance operations of the property.
  • Supervise and coordinate repair and maintenance work for building structures, civil assets, and common areas (concrete, plastering, tiling, painting, flooring, water tanks, etc.).
  • Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for civil infrastructure.
  • Inspect properties regularly to identify civil-related issues, safety hazards, and areas requiring maintenance.
  • Handle breakdowns and emergency civil works in a timely manner.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and supervise civil contractors and service providers.
  • Ensure statutory compliance related to civil works, health & safety, and building regulations.
  • Assist in preparing budgets, maintenance cost estimates, and civil repair schedules.
  • Maintain records of all maintenance activities, service reports, and civil work documentation.
  • Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless facility operations.
  • Support in tenant/client relations by addressing civil-related complaints and resolving issues promptly.
