Designation: Senior Relationship Manager - Corporate Real estate Finance

Experience: 5+ years of work experience in relationship management in commercial real estate

Industry: BFSI

Location: Pune/Mumbai

Job Role:

RM will collaborate with the external agencies, sales, and investor teams on placements, due diligence, documentation, and final close.Scoping and scanning the market for Real Estate transactions, including standard asset classes, high yield deals, special scenario deals, and lease rental discounting transactions from both primary and secondary markets (existing lenders/investors).Collaborating with promoters, CFOs, and CXOs to structure and find funding, restructuring, settlement, and advising opportunities.Need comprehension skills to analyze the Real Estate asset category overall.Actively engage with internal relationships, agencies, investors, and coverage teams. • Create funding pitches and credit structures.Prepared IM and analytical materials for internal assessment and external investors, including cash flow models and information docket.Collaborating with external stakeholders.
