Role:
Business Analyst
Job Description:Create and manage product requirements and elaborate functional specifications.Understanding of systems engineering conceptsBusiness Matrix Preparation including cross functionsModeling techniques and methods (ER diagram/Flow diagram)Business case developmentTranslating/Pocketing requirementsCreate conceptual prototypes and mock-upsConduct cost/benefit analysisExperience in business analysis and elaboration.Very good written ability in English and unambiguous technical writingDetail oriented, unambiguous, easy, and clear thoughts
QualificationEngineering graduate or MCA, with Good IQ
Domain/Experience LevelTechno functional skill requiredRetail/ E-Commerce domain – Must haveExperience required 6 to 10 YearsUser industry domain experience would be a plus
Non-Technical Skillset:Good communication skills and analytical abilities required.Should be able to multitaskShould be a good team player and work with other development teamShould have experience in working in Agile and Waterfall development modelExperience: BE (Computer Science)/MCA with 6-10 years
