• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance applicationsusing .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET Core MVC, ASP.NET Core Web API)integrated with SQL Database and Amazon Redshift.• Architect, design, and optimize Redshift-based data solutions to handle complexqueries and large-scale data processing.• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data pipelines forRedshift, ensuring high performance and scalability.• Ensure that .NET applications are effectively integrated with Redshift/SQL Database and other AWS services such as S3, Lambda. Etc.• Implement best practices for database performance tuning, cost optimization.• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other developers, conducting code reviews, guiding architecture decisions, and promoting coding standards.• Work closely with product managers, data analysts, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and data models.• Lead efforts in performance optimization, scalability, and maintainability of applications.• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks while adhering to timelines and project requirements.• Investigate, debug, and resolve issues in both .NET applications ensuring high availability and reliability.• Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines and release management.• Ensure robust application testing, including unit, integration, and performance testing.• Communicate technical decisions and project status to stakeholders clearly and effectively.• Stay up to date with the latest trends and tools in cloud computing, .NET, and AWS technologies, proposing innovations and improvements for the team.• Able to troubleshoot production environments issues independently.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.• 7+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development, including C#, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET Core MVC and Web API, LINQ.• 5+ years of experience working with SQL Database, including data modelling, SQL optimization, and performance tuning.• 2+ years of experience working with Amazon Redshift, including data modelling, SQL optimization, and performance tuning.• Strong experience in designing, developing, and optimizing ETL processes to move data into Redshift.• Expertise with AWS services such as S3, Lambda and other data-oriented services integrated with SQL Database / Redshift.• Strong knowledge of design principles.• Proficiency in optimizing SQL Database and Redshift query performance and managing large datasets with low-latency querying.• Hands-on experience with databases such as SQL Server, Entity Framework, or similar ORM technologies.• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git) for continuous integration and deployment in a cloud environment.• Excellent problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and automation tools (e.g.,Jenkins. Etc).• Experience in frontend technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.• Experience in Power BI is a plus.• Experience in SSRS Reports is added advantage.
