Responsibilities
Experience:4 to 6 years in ONE AUTOMATION (UC4) Administration.Hands on experience on Linux environment & Windows / CommandsAdded advantage if have little experience Autosys, Dollar universe and manage BAU OR Willing to LearnITIL CertifiiedSkills needed:UC4 administration, UC4 scripting knowledge, Linux commands / scripting knowledge.Cloud computing basics and SQL knowledge is added advantage.Responsible for1. Provisioning, installation/configuration, operation Trouble shooting, and maintenance of Automic (ONE AUTOMATION / UC4) components.2. Performs UC4 Engine /agent upgrades and new installation if required.3. Supporting UC4 engine, agents and job-related issues, queries4. Performs daily checks and verifications to ensure tool availability.5. Working with other project related cross function teams and coordinating activities with application teams to setup agents/objects and processes related to business & UC4 job failures6. Coordinating with vendor on UC4 related issues, bug fixes, upgrades and taking appropriate action.7. Must be proficient in following application processing workflows/objects and troubleshooting issues related to objects to provide solutions.8. Participating in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure.9. Ensuring that standards and policies are maintained across system.10. Providing solutions for daily backups and maintenance processes for backend servers (UNIX/windows)11. Creating changes/service requests/incidents using ITIL standards.12. Perform periodic performance reporting of backend servers to anticipate outages.13. Handling BAU during IST and Paris hours for UC4 and other scheduling tools like Autosys/Dollar universe
Profile required
Control-M and its core components (Server, EM,CCM, Agents, GUI, etc.)Good in UNIX & WINDOWS OSITIL certifiedMust have managed the complex environments
