Job Title: Sail Point DeveloperLocation: (Remote, India)Employment Type: (Contract)About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Sail Point Developer (Identity Security Cloud or Identity IQ) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Sail Point’s Saa S-based Identity Security platform, with strong experience in designing, developing, and implementing identity and access management (IAM) solutions. This role requires in-depth technical proficiency, problem-solving ability, and the capability to lead and support large-scale identity projects.Key Responsibilities - Identity Security Cloud Developer:Design, develop, and implement IAM and IGA solutions using Sail Point Identity Now / Identity Security Cloud.Configure and onboard authoritative sources (HR systems, Web Services, AD/LDAP, Cloud apps and Custom Apps).Integrate business and technical applications including Active Directory, Databases, Saa S platforms, Web Services-based applications and Service NowDevelop and maintain connectors, rules, workflows, provisioning policies, certification campaigns, and lifecycle events.Support access reviews, access request workflows, role management, and compliance reporting.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity profiles, transforms, lifecycle management, provisioning, and access governance.Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment phases of IAM projects.Key Responsibilities for Identity IQ (IIQ) Developer:Design, develop, and implement IAM and IGA solutions using Sail Point Identity IQ (IIQ)Configure and onboard authoritative sources (HR systems, Web Services, AD/LDAP, Cloud apps and Custom Apps).Integrate business and technical applications including Active Directory, Databases, Saa S platforms, Web Services-based applications and Service NowDevelop and maintain connectors, Customer Rules, Customer workflows, provisioning policies, certification campaigns, and lifecycle events.Access reviews, Exclusion rules, Access request workflows, Role management, and Compliance reporting.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Rules, Workflows, Application Servers, Tasks, JML, Provisioning, and Access governance.Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment phases of IAM projects.Experience with Dev Ops pipelines, CI/CD, and containerized environments.Required Skills & Qualifications6 plus years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)5 plus years of hands-on development experience with Sail PointStrong knowledge of Identity lifecycle management, Access provisioning, RBAC/ABAC, and Governance.Expertise in developing with Java, Beanshell, XML, REST APIs, Power Shell, and scripting languages.Experience integrating with cloud and on-prem applications such as Azure AD, Office 365, Workday, Oracle HCM, Service Now, AWS, GCP, or similar platforms.Solid understanding of authentication, authorization, SSO, federation, and privileged access concepts.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Preferred QualificationsSail Point Engineer or Professional Certification.
