Backend Engineer

Experience : 2-3 years

We are looking for a talented and passionate Backend Engineer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the critical backend systems that power our :

- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain highly scalable and secure backend services using Python.

- Design and implement efficient database solutions, including schema design, query optimization, and data integrity.

- Create and maintain well-documented, clean, and maintainable code.

- Build and integrate robust APIs to facilitate communication between different parts of the application.

- Collaborate with front-end engineers and other developers to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest backend technologies and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a Backend Engineer with a strong focus on Python.

- Expertise in relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and experience with NoSQL databases (a plus).

- Experience with designing and implementing APIs (RESTful preferred).

- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bonus Points :

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines).

- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).

- Experience with data warehousing or big data technologies (a plus).
