What You’ll Do:
- Lead a team of talented developers to architect, design, and deploy scalable solutions for our logistics platform.
- Oversee the entire development lifecycle: from technical design to deployment, ensuring the highest quality code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, and Operations) to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methods that improve efficiency, performance, and user experience.
- Mentor and guide developers, setting the standard for code quality, testing, and best practices.
- Ensure system security, performance, and scalability to meet the growing demands of the business.
- Hands-on coding, testing, and debugging as needed to stay connected with the team’s challenges and successes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Software Engineer with 6+ years in backend and frontend development.
- Expertise in programming languages such as PHP, Laravel, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Vue.js, React, Python, or similar technologies.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms like AWS, DigitalOcean, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture, droplets, APIs, and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for clean, maintainable code.
- Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a plus
