About the Role

We are looking for a proactive SAP Engineering Functional Consultant with experience in the ETM (Engineering & Tools Management) domain. The consultant will be responsible for configuring and supporting SAP ETM processes, ensuring smooth management of engineering assets, tools, and equipment lifecycle. This is an onsite role in Abu Dhabi for 6 months (extendable), requiring close collaboration with business users, project teams, and cross-functional SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

● Configure and support SAP ETM (Engineering & Tools Management) functionalities.

● Manage engineering assets, tools, and equipment lifecycles, including allocation, usage tracking, and maintenance.

● Support integration of ETM with related modules such as PM (Plant Maintenance), MM (Materials Management), and FI/CO.

● Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions tailored to project and engineering workflows.

● Prepare functional specifications for enhancements, reports, and interfaces.

● Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and support UAT.

● Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live functional support.

● Recommend process improvements in engineering asset and tool utilization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 2–4 years of hands-on experience as an SAP Functional Consultant with focus on ETM domain.

● Knowledge of engineering asset management, tools lifecycle, and project-based equipment usage.

● Familiarity with integration points between ETM, PM, MM, and FI/CO modules.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to map business processes into SAP solutions.

● Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills in onsite client environments.

● Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
