Job Description This is a remote position. We are looking for early-career AI/ML Engineers (1–2 years of experience) who are eager to work on LLMs, RAG pipelines , and scalable backend systems . This is an opportunity to join a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where you’ll contribute directly to real-world AI products from day one. Requirements Required Skills 1–3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering or a related role Working knowledge or experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI Proficiency in Python and FastAPI for backend development Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma) and RAG architectures Experience with LLM fine-tuning using HuggingFace or similar frameworks Good understanding of NLP tasks like NER, summarization, classification, and sentiment analysis Solid foundation in EDA , supervised/unsupervised learning, and core ML algorithmsComfortable working with APIs and integrating third-party service Bonus (Preferred) Exposure to Redis , Celery , or similar distributed task systems Understanding of async architecture , background jobs , or microservices Who Should Apply Candidates with 1–2 years of industry or startup experience in AI/ML or backend development Individuals with strong self-learning skills and a passion for building real-world AI products Engineers who enjoy blending ML, NLP, and backend engineering into unified intelligent systems Equal Opportunity Provider MNR Technologies Global Pvt Ltd is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace.
