Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at Gmartevents located in Bhubaneswar. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include coordinating with various departments, preparing proposals, handling client queries, and implementing event strategies to meet clients' goals and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Client Relationship Management and Account Management skills
  • Experience in Event Planning and Coordination
  • Strong Communication and Organizational skills
  • Project Management and Problem-Solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Account, Marketing, Event Management, or related field
  • Previous experience in the event management industry is an advantage.
