The senior graphic designer's responsibilities include managing multiple graphic design tasks, refining projects and drafts, generating creative ideas, and also leading a team of junior graphic designers. If you're looking for a design journey like no other, apple right awayYOUR PRIMARY TASKS WILL BE IN THE SPACE OF:1. Brand Identity Design2. Visual Collateral Design3. Packaging Design4. Publication Design5. Social Media DesignKEY RESPONSIBILITIES: You will be working directly with the Creative Director/Head of Graphics, discussing strategies, right from concept building through execution. Working on brand strategy in terms of positioning, messaging, and visual proposition. Conceptualize visuals based on requirements and prepare rough drafts and present ideas internally as well as externally. Meeting project deadlines individually as well as in a team. Coordinating with other agencies, marketing team, printers, and colleagues as and when necessary. Communicate with clients directly to present designs, and work on the feedback received. Guide junior designers and help them with feedback/concepts/ideas.REQUIREMENTS 3-4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or related field. Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio. Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools/software, including Photoshop, and Illustrator. InDesign and video software is a plus. A strong eye for visual composition. Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Able to give and receive constructive criticism. Understanding of marketing, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, strategy, and design processes.
