Job Description:
Aditya's Vivekananda Matriculation Higher Secondary School, a reputed institution in Villupuram, is looking for a qualified and passionate PGT Mathematics Teacher to join our academic faculty. The ideal candidate should be capable of teaching Mathematics for Grades 6 to 12, ensuring conceptual clarity and strong academic performance across middle and higher secondary levels.

Experience:
1 to 2 years of teaching experience (preferably in Matriculation or State Board schools).

Responsibilities:

• Teach Mathematics for Grades 6 to 12, following the Matriculation Board curriculum.
• Plan and deliver well-structured and engaging lessons suited to different grade levels.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, tests, and model question papers for both middle and higher secondary classes.
• Monitor and evaluate student performance regularly.
• Provide remedial classes and additional support to students as needed.
• Maintain classroom discipline and encourage an interactive, student-centered learning environment.

Key Skills Required:

• Sound knowledge of Mathematics across all topics appropriate for Grades 6 to 12.
• Familiarity with Tamil Nadu Matriculation/State Board syllabus.
• Ability to break down complex topics and adapt teaching style for different age groups.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Effective classroom management and a passion for teaching.

Qualifications:

• Essential: M.Sc. in Mathematics or a related field.
• Preferred: B.Sc. in Mathematics.
• Mandatory: B.Ed. degree.

Salary:
As per industry standards (negotiable based on experience and qualifications).
