Role Overview:

As a

Senior/Lead Machine Learning Engineer , you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing advanced AI/ML systems, collaborating with data scientists and cross-functional teams to develop scalable machine learning models that meet business goals.Key Responsibilities:

Model Development & Deployment :Design and implement ML models in collaboration with data scientists.Build, test, and deploy end-to-end ML pipelines, ensuring seamless integration into production.System & Workflow Design :Architect workflows for ML/LLM systems with a focus on scalability.Maintain the necessary data infrastructure to support ML initiatives.Technical Leadership :Lead efforts on performance optimization, distributed systems scalability, and system architecture.Provide expertise in training and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) and other GenAI tools.Tool Utilization & Quality Assurance :Use ML and MLOps tools (open-source and cloud-enabled) to enhance pipeline efficiency.Ensure high-quality AI/ML systems with robust testing and validation practices.Collaboration & Communication :Work with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to align solutions with organizational needs.Translate technical insights into business-ready solutions.Innovation & Efficiency :Identify cutting-edge ML models and technologies to improve efficiency and reduce technical debt.Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and introduce innovative approaches.

Experience Required:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.5-8 years of experience in machine learning engineering (preferably in AI product companies).Proficiency in

Python

or

Scala

and expertise in ML frameworks like

TensorFlow ,

PyTorch ,

scikit-learn , etc.Strong understanding of

data structures ,

algorithms , and

software design principles .Experience with

cloud services

(AWS, GCP, Azure) and

containerization

(Docker, Kubernetes).Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and collaboration in fast-paced environments.Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
