Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced OCM Administrator to manage and support Oracle Content management environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configurations, access management, content management, content publishing, asset lifecycle management , and coordination with development teams for headless CMS implementations.Role:- Enterprise content managementExperience required: - 5-10+ years in ECM platformsReports to :- ECM program manager or IT HeadKey ResponsibilitiesLead implementation, configuration, and support for oracle content management (OCM) or similar ECM platforms.Define content models, metadata structures and taxonomies as per business needs.Manage user roles, groups, permission, and access control policiesDesign and implement content migration strategies(devàuatàproduction)-integrate ECM with other system using rest APIs or custom scriptsEnsure ECM platform compliance with organizational standards (GDPR,ISO,e.t.c)Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to content publishing, access, and system performanceWebcenter core customization (experience in custom components)Good knowledge in capture and imaging (custom search applications)-provide guidance and training to end-users and junior administrators-collaborate with development teams for headless CMS setups and custom UI components if requiredWorkflow error handling - OCM Custom workflowDocument security (roles/permissions)Metadata update supportAssist with content check-in/check-out issuesHandling Imaging and Capture (invoice scanning/fax, etc.)Integration support for integrated apps and usersIncident/Service Request management through ITSM (like ServiceNow)support disposition activities for legal/information managementReview with Middle ware team /OHS side/Content management side reg vulnerability and patch management for updates from Oracle.Admin activities like patching , updating, purging (Linux & Windows OS).Experience in any of below is mandatory -Oracle Universal Document Management (UDM)Oracle Web Content Management (WCM)Oracle Universal Record Management (URM)Oracle Universal Content Management (UCM)Skills must have:-Strong experience with oracle content management (OCM)Expertise in content modeling, metadata, workflows, and digital asset managementKnowledge of REST API integrationUnderstanding of compliance standardsFamiliarity with oracle cloud infrastructure (OCI) services is preferredGood problem-solving and communication skills
