Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching MBA students, engaging in high-quality research, and contributing to the academic community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality teaching to MBA students in the specified areas of specialization.

- Develop and update course materials, including syllabi, lecture notes, and assignments.

- Conduct research and publish findings in reputable academic journals.

- Supervise student projects and theses.

- Mentor and advise students on academic and career matters.

- Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement processes.

- Engage in professional development activities to stay current in your field.

- Collaborate with colleagues on research and academic projects.

- Contribute to the administration and governance of the institution.

- Participate in departmental and institutional events and activities.

Qualifications:

- A Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Finance, Analytics, Commerce, Statistics, General Management, or a closely related field from a recognized institution.

- For Assistant Professor: A strong potential for high-quality teaching and research.

- For Associate Professor: A proven track record of high-quality teaching, research, and publication.

- Relevant teaching experience at the postgraduate level, preferably in MBA programs.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural academic environment.

Desirable Qualifications:

- Experience in using modern pedagogical techniques and technologies in teaching.

- Industry experience in relevant fields.

- Membership in professional organizations and active participation in conferences and seminars.
