Electrical Foreman

Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Electrical Foreman for our sugar industry operations. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of industrial electrical systems and experience in supervising electrical maintenance teams in a factory setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the electrical maintenance team

• Monitor installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems

• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in machinery and panels

• Ensure adherence to safety and operational standards

• Maintain schedules, records, and daily progress reports

• Coordinate with production and engineering departments for smooth operations

Requirements:

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering

• Minimum 10 years of experience, preferably in the sugar or manufacturing industry

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Knowledge of industrial motors, control panels, wiring, and safety compliance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
