Job Overview Join Miksar Foods as an E-Commerce Specialist where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence. Based in Mumbai Suburban, this full-time, mid-level position is tailored for individuals with up to 6 years of experience. You will be instrumental in driving digital growth strategies for Naagin Sauce across various e-commerce platforms and optimizing our online sales channels. You should be well versed with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and etc and even majorly experience in quick ecomm, like Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, Dmart, Flipkart Minutes and etc Qualifications and Skills Proficient knowledge of e-commerce platforms with the capability to optimize listings and enhance customer experience for increased sales potential. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, enabling targeted campaigns to boost brand recognition and drive online traffic. Experience in sales analytics to interpret data effectively, adjust strategies, and improve performance metrics consistently. Expertise in inventory management to ensure product availability aligns with market demands and sales projections. Skilled in the nuances of FMCG operations within online marketplaces, contributing to operational efficiency. Competency in marketplace management, ensuring our products meet platform requirements and their performance is optimized. Knowledge in supply chain management to facilitate seamless procurement processes and timely delivery of goods. Effective vendor management skills to establish and maintain relationships that bolster product distribution and variations. Roles and Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor e-commerce strategies to achieve growth targets and expand market reach. Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute digital advertising campaigns and social media strategies. Manage online product listings to enhance visibility and optimize for search efficacy across multiple platforms. Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure alignment on stock levels, product releases, and order fulfillment. Analyze sales data to identify trends and develop insights that inform inventory decisions and marketing tactics. Interface with third-party vendors to develop partnerships and negotiate terms that expand market presence. Stay updated on e-commerce innovations and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
