  • Buildand train software development teams and modulelead.

  • Plan anddelegate technical work of teammembers.

  • Abilityto analyse user requirements communicate and advise technicalsolutions.

  • Incharge of software development process and methodology and codingstandards

  • Guidethe development process and creating a high functioningteam.

  • Create UIPrototype Technology POC s and new technologyrollout.

  • Effectivemanagement of application rollout andimplementation

  • Designand manage best practices and coding standards required for theproject.

  • Createapplication architecture and build source codelibraries.

  • Assistancein Project Management to DeliveryManager

Technical

ASP.netMVC /Core / C# and SQLserver 2012 and above Sound knowledge ofSDLC. Knowledge of UI bootstrap CSS JavaScript Angular is an addedadvantage.

Provenwork experience as Technical Architect or Tech lead developerWireframing and Prototyping experience Knowledge of strategic ITsolutions good problemsolving skills. Team management andleadership
